Serpzilla Rules

Last update: 15.05.2024
  1. Adhere to the link placement rules outlined for each placement format in the respective sections.

  2. Publishers are prohibited from removing material with published links from their websites or taking any actions to prevent search engines from indexing such content.
If a situation arises where published material with links becomes inaccessible or unindexable, the publisher must take immediate steps to rectify the issue and restore the original link placement. If the original page cannot be restored, the link must be re-placed and reported through the feedback system.

  3. In the event that one or more placed links receive a “Placement error” status, the publisher must rectify the situation as soon as possible and notify the system administration of the correction through the feedback system.

  4. If a link receives a “Placement error” status, payment for that request will be delayed for the duration of the time the link remained in this status.

  5. Upon successful link placement and approval by a moderator or advertiser, payment for the completed task will be credited to the publisher's account during the next billing cycle, following the expiration of the blocking period. The blocking period is determined by the system's assessment of the publisher's website's trustworthiness.

  6. Advertisers and publishers can communicate through the designated comment system associated with each link. Mentioning other linkbuilding or similar services is strictly prohibited. Refrain from using offensive language or making subjective judgments in the communication. The administration reserves the right to take action against violators, including account deactivation, in case of non-compliance with these guidelines.

  7. Publishers are expressly forbidden from sharing their contact information in platform descriptions or link comments. Non-compliance with this rule may lead to the publisher's website being removed from the system.

  8. Any disputes between advertisers and publishers will be resolved through communication within the system's interface. The resolution process will follow the current rules and placement terms outlined by the advertiser in the request description.

  9. If a publisher receives multiple link placement requests for the same link text and URL for a single website, they should only place one such link and reject the others. If multiple identical links are placed, the administration reserves the right to remove any of the links deemed duplicates, even if they have already been published.

  10. The administration is not responsible for the security of the posted material or the publisher's website itself.

  11. The administration is not liable for the non-indexing of posted material, the removal of pages or the entire website from the index, or any decline in website parameter values.

  12. The promotion of sites that violate the law is strictly prohibited through the system. If links are created to a site that violates the rules, such links may be cancelled, and already placed links may be removed.

  13. The administration reserves the right to deny participation in the system to any site. The administration may cancel already created or completed links without providing a reason and without issuing a refund.

  14. The administration reserves the right to block funds on the publisher's account even after they have been credited to the publisher's balance in case of non-compliance with the placement terms or termination of the placement service.

  15. For violations of these rules, the system administration may exclude websites from the system, block the promotion of certain websites through the system. Also, the entire account may be blocked. The administration may take other measures depending on the severity of the violations.
