How to change your email?

For publishers

To change your email address you need to follow these instructions:

  1. Create a file named serpzilla.txt

  2. Inside the file indicate your login in our system, new and old email addresses

  3. Place the file in the root of your site. Domain must be available at address: domain.com/serpzilla.txt

  4. Write us at support@serpzilla.com from the email address, indicated at the registration. Indicate the link on serpzilla.txt file in the letter

Please note that you must have an unique email. You cannot register multiple accounts from one email address.

For advertisers

If you have used PayPal as payment solution

To change your registration email address write us at support@serpzilla.com, indicating:

  • your username in our system

  • new email address

  • old email address

  • exact time (date, hour:min), amount and other bank details of a couple payments from this account.

If possible, send your letter from the email indicated at registration. You can check it in your profile.

You can find out the exact time of your payment in PayPal.

If you've payed by bank transfer

Send us at support@serpzilla.com a copy of the official company letter where you ask to change your details. Note, that the letter must be stamped by your company. In the letter duplicate your username in our system and new email address.

Please note that you must have an unique email. You cannot register multiple accounts from one email address.
